Production

„JANTAR Ltd” in Zdrada is the producer of smoked fish, salted fish, and fresh or raw fish pickles. The production building is a completely new object, designed and technologically built to be a fish processing plant, fulfilling the newest home standards as well as separate USA and Japanese regulations concerning temperature technological regime.
In opinion of the technological design patron and author – Veterinary Institute of Warsaw, the object can be classified to a group of the most modern production plants of this branch in Poland.

In order to ensure the highest quality of our products, the production plant is equipped among other things with:
 water conditioning stations
Water used to production purposes is extracted from own deep-water wells from tertiary layers. Concurrently, the water is conditioned with automatic devices of computer controlled Control Station. Efficient power of the station is predicted for water conditioning in quantity of 18m3/h, up to drinking water level by requirements defined in The European Union Water Directive.
independent refrigerating stores
The building is equipped with the most modern refrigerating installations, throughout automatically controlled by Danfoss devices, including computer registering of the process parameters.
Production of our commodities is based on sanitary quality control system HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Poin).
